The successful proponent will be required to complete a review, design concept along with detailed specifications and design drawings for the Elevator/Replacement Upgrades Project at the 2 locations shown above. Upon approval of the final design details, the successful proponent will be required to assist the County of Lambton to issue the tender documents in accordance with The Corporation of the County of Lambton Purchasing Policy and make a report to the County that will include a recommendation of which tender should be accepted . Following acceptance by the County, the successful proponent will coordinate the preparation and signing of the appropriate contracts. The County has determined based upon reports from its elevator maintenance provider that the 4 Elevators at Lambton Meadowview Villa and the 1 Elevator at County of Lambton Administration Building will require a complete modernization for accessibility and TSSA Operating standards See proposal document for further details
