The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City has a need for Elevator Maintenance Services. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Elevator Maintenance and Technical Support as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Harry S. Truman Power Plant (HST) is in Warsaw, MO on the Harry S. Truman Reservoir, and Lake of the Ozarks. It has two elevators serving the industrial areas as well as administrative areas.  The service elevator is a 1978, 2000 lb side-traction Hollister-Whitney 430D with 6 stops. This elevator had new controls installed in 2007.  This elevator is critical for personnel access, equipment and material transportation in day-to-day operations. The Visitor’s elevator is a 1978 4000 lb overhead traction Hollister-Whitney 530H with 4 stops.
