The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) has a requirement for a Contractor to undertake the implementation of an elevator modernization program required for 1elevator at the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi, in India. Optional work will include the modernization of up to 4 additional elevators, as detailed below. The selected Contractor will be required to follow the design and construction documents created by Rooney, Irving, and Associates and undertake all construction works associated with the modernization. The full Summary of Work and all Design Documents and Specifications will be provided by DFATD in the RFP. The awarded Contractor will be required to perform all works while adhering to the laws and regulations of local authorities having jurisdiction in India.
