Elevator Preventive Maintenance Service Contract at Montevideo, UY

The U.S. Embassy in Montevideo, Uruguay, seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance and emergency repair services for four elevator units located at the embassy compound. The contract requires continuous onsite support, including monthly preventive maintenance visits, emergency callback response, inspection and testing, technical reporting, and all necessary labor, supervision, tools, testing equipment, consumables, replacement parts, and transportation.
