Z--OR-FWS SHELDON NWR-INSTALL WOOD STOVE

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is conducting market research through a Sources Sought Synopsis for the installation of a mobile home compliant wood-burning stove system at the Sheldon National Wildlife Refuge in Denio, Nevada. The project requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment necessary to install a government-furnished Jotul F035 stove, along with a complete chimney system, hearth pad, wall protection, and required smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The resulting contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price agreement with a period of performance spanning 120 days from the Notice to Proceed. Interested firms must be registered in SAM.gov and provide their CAGE code, UEI, and business size based on NAICS code 238290. Qualified contractors must demonstrate prior experience by providing up to three relevant projects completed within the last five years and must be licensed and compliant with OSHA requirements. All work must adhere to NFPA 211, the International Residential Code, the International Building Code, and ADA Accessibility Guidelines. Final acceptance is contingent upon successful operational testing, verification that the roof is weather-tight, and the submission of all warranties and closeout documents.
