The project entails comprehensive street improvements along approximately three miles of Elk Grove Florin Road between Calvine Road and Elk Grove Boulevard, focusing on pavement rehabilitation, restriping to create a continuous bike route, and infrastructure upgrades to meet accessibility and safety standards. Key elements include replacing twenty-one existing curb ramps with ADA-compliant versions, constructing a 240-foot sidewalk segment near West Camden Drive, and rehabilitating damaged pavement sections through cold planing and placement of hot mix asphalt in both binder and surface layers.
