The Elm Tree Station project at 874 N. Wright Road in Santa Rosa, California, involves the construction of a mixed-use facility including a gas station with six fuel pumps and four electric vehicle charging stations, a 3,448-square-foot retail space, and an 806-square-foot one-bedroom apartment above the retail area. Additionally, a 432-square-foot separate retail component and park-like amenities such as a patio with trellis, benches, and a picnic area are part of the development. The project is subject to rigorous environmental compliance under the California Environmental Quality Act, with all phases governed by the City of Santa Rosa’s Climate Action Plan, CALGreen Tier 1 standards, and the California Energy Code. Construction is limited to weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with no work permitted on Sundays or holidays, and diesel engine idling is restricted to under five minutes.
