Full Description

The FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division is seeking a firm, fixed price base with four option years contract for annual inspection, maintenance repairs, and warranty service for eleven (11) Emergency CAT Generators CJIS. These generators provide emergency power generation during a service interruption. Currently, there are eleven (11) generators installed - nine (9) Model 3516 and two (2) Model C175 with the capability of providing 24 megawatts of backup electrical power. The generators are a critical portion of the continued 24/7/365 operation of the CJIS Division facility during an electrical interruption. They must be inspected and maintained to ensure fully functionally when called upon to meet FBI mission requirements. This service contract will also extend the factory warranty of generators eight (8) thru eleven (11). Sole Source Justification: The FBI has been informed that Cleveland Brothers Equipment Company, Inc. is the exclusive and only authorized vendor from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) CAT for service in the CJIS Division area, thus a Sole Source Provider.
