The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located at Highway 160 Mile Post 394.3 Kayenta AZ 86033 is issuing this sources-sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research (FAR 10.001) in identifying prospective sources to optimize the Emergency Room's HVAC system by correcting airflow imbalances that impact critical care operations. The scope of work includes modifying existing ductwork, installing balancing components, and conducting comprehensive testing to ensure proper airflow distribution.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a small business size standard of $19.0 million dollars.

- A brief statement of the company’s capability relates to the government requirement described. Additional demonstrations of capability may include current and past performance history for the same or similar requirement, established contracts such as GSA or VA Schedule, etc.
- If claiming Indian-owned Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) or Indian-owned Economic Enterprise (IEE), submit completed IHS IEE Representation Form (attached).
