Emerson is the original equipment manufacturer and installer of the DC Power equipment located at EMSS. Emerson is the only supplier that can provide the required certified maintenance support services and repair parts for the installed equipment. Emerson does not train or certify any other vendors to provide support on their products. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOI), proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. This purchase will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13 and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1.
