Full Description

The Postal Service is requesting technical and price proposals from interested and qualified suppliers to provide an integrated solution for web based reverse energy procurement through a real-time, online reverse energy auction and to assist with energy acquisition services and market analysis. In addition, the services of an energy consultant may be required to support this contract on - an as needed basis as further described in this solicitation. The successful Supplier will provide a performance based full requirements energy acquisition contract with reverse auction capability for an initial contract term of five (5) years from date of award with five (5) one (1) year un-priced renewal options for a total contract period not to exceed ten (10) years. The Supplier must possess a combination of energy consultant skills and the technology to perform real-time, online reverse energy auctions for designated markets. Under this contract, the awarded supplier will support the Postal Service with utility acquisition and related market reviews/assessments for the Postal Service aggregated electricity, natural gas and propane contracts.
