Seeking contractor to provide labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, programming, controls, testing, refrigerant, transportation and incidentals necessary to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, program, test and place into full operational condition three (3) existing Energy Recovery Units (ERU's) located in Buildings 8, 10 and 11 at Upstate Correctional Facility.
