Engineering Design Services for Red Hill Avenue Rehabilitation between Sycamore Avenue and Bryan Avenue (CIP No. 70261)

The City of Tustin is soliciting professional engineering consulting services to develop a comprehensive and bid-ready Plans, Specifications, and Engineer’s Estimate package for the rehabilitation and improvement of Red Hill Avenue between Bryan Avenue and Sycamore Avenue, a 1.25-mile arterial corridor. The Consultant will be responsible for delivering a streamlined, efficient PS&E package that fully complies with City standards and all applicable federal funding requirements, ensuring the project is prepared for competitive bidding without delays or deficiencies. The scope includes detailed design work, technical documentation, cost estimation, and adherence to all regulatory and procedural guidelines necessary for public infrastructure projects.
