Scope of Work: Broward County Water Wastewater Services is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional design and engineering consulting services, including permitting, and technical support during the development of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) by the Managing General Contractor (MGC) for construction of a new Regional Biosolids Drying Facility. Scope includes all activities necessary to deliver a complete Basis of Design Report (BODR), including preparation of technical and supporting reports as required. Services include evaluation of existing solids production and dewatered biosolids analysis, development of solids-loading projections and design criteria.
Requested Information: BPRO's Requested Information section identifies "required" and "optional" items for submittal, however all documents and information are relevant to the evaluation process. Therefore, vendors are strongly encouraged to provide all files at time of submittal, including those listed as “optional” in BPRO, to enable a timely and comprehensive review by the County.
