Broward County Purchasing Division is preparing to release a Request for Proposal seeking an architect led team for the deliberately phased Professional Services for the Broward County Convention Center New Parking Garage. This is a Notice of Future Solicitation Opportunity only. If interested in submitting a proposal for the project, please ensure your firm is registered with Broward County (thru Euna, aka BPRO).
Summary - Scope of Work: The project scope includes architectural, interior design; structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, civil engineering; landscaping signage and wayfinding, BIM, LEED, parking guidance system, cost estimating and security. The County may choose to make all the identified improvements or add more as discovered during the programming or planning effort, in one or multiple phases, depending on funding availability and access to the facility.
