On April 5, 2022, the City Council awarded Contract 22-067 for water main and sanitary sewer projects. Five consultants were short-listed as a result of this process for a two-year term, with five one-year options to extend. The consultants are:
• Baxter and Woodman • Ciorba Group • Civil and Environmental Consultants • Crawford, Murphy & Tilly • Fehr Graham
Based upon the performance of the shortlisted firms, Water Utilities would like to extend the contracts for the first option year. The five shortlisted consulting firms have agreed to maintain the rates and terms provided in each of their Master Services Agreements.
The term of this first option year is April 6, 2024 to April 5, 2025.
