English to French translation, French copy editing and/or comparative editing services for the Canada School of Public Service

The Canada School of Public Service (CSPS or the School) requires the services of Contractors who can provide excellent translation, copy editing, and/or comparative editing, in French, on an “as and when requested basis” for specific publications and its communications and learning products. All the work will be done remotely from the Contractor’s sites. Up three (3) contracts can be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Should contracts be awarded, the period of the contracts will be for one (1) year with the irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contracts by up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions. The School reserves the right to resolicit the requirement if all three (3) contracts have not been awarded. The total allocated budget for this requirement (including option years) for the maximum of three (3) contracts is $1,800,000.00, excluding applicable taxes, or $360,000.00 per year. There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.
