Amendment #3 is raised to answer offerors questions.Amendment #2 is raised to answer offerors questions.Amendment #1 is create to extend the closing date.______________________________________________________________________English Virtual Language Training for Central RegionCanada intends to issue Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for its English virtual language training in the following streams:1. Full-Time training (Group and Individual)2. Part-Time Training (Group and Individual)3. Learner Assessment4. Tutoring for Preparation to the Second Language Evaluation Tests5. Group ConversationThe virtual language training will take place during business hours for employees residing in the following regions: Central (Quebec, Ontario Manitoba and the National Capital Region)Training will be provided on request through a Call-up made pursuant to the Standing Offer (Part 7)Duration of the Standing Offer and its optionsThe initial Standing Offer will have duration of two (2) years. ESDC reserves the right to exercise three (3) irrevocable options to extend the period by one year eachMaximum Number of Standing OffersThe offerors must be able to provide services in all applicable work streamsMaximum Number of Standing Offers to be issued: 2The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to establish Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the requirement detailed in the RFSO across Canada, excluding locations within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, and Labrador that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). Any requirement for deliveries to locations within CLCAs areas within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, or Labrador will have to be treated as a separate procurement, outside of the resulting standing offers.Security RequirementsThere are security requirements associated with the requirement. of the Standing Offer.
