Full Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; firm fixed price quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. HSTS05-14-Q-KOA004 is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-76. The NAICS code is 517110 and the Small Business Standard is $7 million. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price purchase order. 1.0 STATEMENT OF WORK The purpose of this requirement is to provide Enhanced IP Data Service at Kailua-Kona International Airport, Lihue Airport and Kahului International Airport. The T-1 data lines must connect from the Coordination Center to the local administrative offices which are off site. The connectivity shall support the CCTV real time coverage continuously. 2.0 Pricing Table The prices shall be detailed attached pricing table. *The quoted price must be inclusive of all Federal Universal Service fund fees, General Excise taxes to meet the entire scope of work as outlined in the SOW. Any items/services not under contract shall be annotated on your quotation. The following clauses/provisions are hereby incorporated (No addenda are attached).
