In accordance with FAR Subpart 15.205(a) and 6.302-1(a)(2), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to award a sole source contract under FAR 6.302-1 "only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." FEMA intends to award this contract to Cassidian Communications, Franklin, TN, 37067. This amendment is to post the RFP, SOW and JOFOC. Please see attachments for the JOFOC. The JOFOC notice and comment period was started on February 1, 2012 and has ended on February 16, 2012 at 2:00 PM EST. This is a Sole Source Acquisition.
