IT IS A "NOTICE OF AGENCY DECISION TO ENTER INTO NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE INTENT TO AWARD A COMPETITIVELY SOLICITED CONTRACT" WHICH IS POSTED PURSUANT TO §287.057(3), F.S. §120.57(3), F.S., AND RULE 60A-1.045, F.A.C. Any person who is adversely affected by the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind’s decision concerning a procurement solicitation or contract award and who wants to protest such decision shall file a protest in compliance with §120.57(3), FS. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), F.S., or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, F.S.
