PURPOSE: Johnson County Community College (JCCC) is requesting information regarding options for an Integrated SaaS Enterprise Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) Solution. It is the intent of JCCC to acquire such product solution during the Fiscal Year 2025 (which ends June 30, 2025). As an initial step in the procurement process, the attached Request for Information (RFI) has been prepared to assist the College in fully understanding the availability of a SaaS Enterprise CRM solution with functionality & support services to meet the College’s needs that are currently available in the marketplace with information especially needed regarding associated costs for such in order to properly budget for such an expenditure in the next fiscal year.The information, data, comments, or materials obtained may be used as research for a future solicitation. This RFI is being sought strictly for the purpose of gaining knowledge of estimated pricing, products, licensing parameters, and services available and should not be construed as intent, commitment, or promise to acquire services, products, or solutions offered. No contract will result from any response to this RFI.
