The Enterprise Portfolio & Rate Evaluation (EPRE) Contract 47QTCB21D0001 and the proposed recompete EPRE II supports Information Technology Category’s (ITC’s) Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) Best-in-Class telecommunications portfolio with regulatory expertise and market intelligence. The contract ensures portfolio managers remain current and proactive on pricing taxes fees surcharges and tariffs; the deliberations of regulatory bodies; and the evolution of emerging technologies. The value of the proposed recompete is $2.7M. The base year period of performance is scheduled to begin on 4/1/2026 with four one-year options. The EPRE incumbent QSI Consulting Inc. was awarded the current contract in April 2021 under an open market small business set-aside. Two sources responded to the RFP but the competing offeror was not qualified to do the work. The current contract expires upon completion of Option Year 4 on 3/31/26. The follow-on award under EPRE II is expected on or before 3/31/26.
