The purpose of this requirement is to procure Military & Family Life Counseling (MFLC) support by providing face-to-face (i.e. in-person) non-medical counseling consultation outreach management and logistics support services to support the MFLC program. There are currently 2600+ counselors deployed worldwide to military installations on the two existing contracts. MFLC IV acquisition approach featured one solicitation resulting in two awards. MFLC V acquisition approach is yet to be determined.
