The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (“HACLA”) issues Request for Proposal HA-2026-107 (“RFP”) for environmental abatement services at HACLA’s public housing developments. Environmental services include the remediation and disposal of Hazardous Materials, which include Asbestos-Containing Materials, Asbestos-Containing Construction Materials, Lead-Based Paint, Lead-Containing Paint, Lead-Containing Building Materials, and Mold/Fungi Impacted Building Materials.

Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid is most advantageous to the Government based on price and price-related factors.
