Environmental Planning & CEQA Lead

This subcontract for the City of San Anselmo involves providing environmental planning and CEQA lead services for projects within the Planning Department. The selected contractor will be responsible for the coordination and authorship of the Environmental Impact Report, which includes analyzing environmental implications and establishing significance criteria in accordance with Appendix G of the CEQA Guidelines. A critical component of the role involves managing communications and coordination with various trustee agencies, such as the USFWS, USACE, Caltrans, CDFW, LAFCo, and RWQCB. The primary objective of the contract is the successful delivery of a completed Environmental Impact Report for the prime contractors.
