Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)

This subcontract involves performing environmental assessments for prime contractors on land acquisition projects for the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. The primary objective is to ensure that acquired land is free of contamination through the execution of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. These assessments must adhere to ASTM E1527-21 standards and include comprehensive site visits and reviews of historical land use. The work is managed under the Wildlife Conservation Board in California, with performance specifically noted in Portola. To qualify for this contract, the service provider must be a Professional Geologist or an Environmental Professional. The final deliverable for these services is a formal Phase I ESA Report.
