AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by February 25, 2025 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will be declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to provide grease trap maintenance services, as described in the Statement of Work in Annex Statement of Work. The term of any resulting contract is for three (3) years, but Canada may extend the term for an additional two year period. This requirement is for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) located at various buildings. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. There is a mandatory site visit associated with this requirement. The site visit will be held on January 30, 2025 at 10:00am EST. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than January 27, 2025 at 14:00 EST to confirm attendance and provide the name of the persons who will attend the visit.
