Background The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, commonly referred to as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill, is a United States federal statute enacted by the 117th United States Congress and signed into law by the President Biden on November 15, 2021. This bill provides increased funding to support several Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) programs with a focus on advancing its public commitment for clean water, air quality, advance waste management systems and reduce toxic pollution. Event Information The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) will host a virtual Informational Forum on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, from 1:30pm � 3:30pm (Eastern Time) This Infrastructure Informational Forum will focus on future procurement strategies related to the Agency�s Infrastructure Bill spending. This forum will feature presentations from the Office of Water, Office of Air and Radiation, Office of Land and Emergency Management, and the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention and Office of Acquisition Solutions. During this forum, attendees will receive valuable information from the featured program offices about their future Infrastructure Bill procurement strategies and learn more about the mission areas of each office.
