EPCOR is seeking proposals for the supply and disposal of aggregate materials through a solicitation process that may result in up to three Master Goods Contracts, awarded on an as-needed basis. The work encompasses services required by EPCOR Water Services Inc for the provision and removal of various aggregates, with pickup typically arranged by EPCOR and delivery only occurring when specifically requested. EPCOR Distribution and Transmission Inc also requires the supply and delivery of these materials to multiple facilities across Edmonton and nearby areas, with disposal services to be addressed on a case-by-case basis. All submissions must account for the possibility that the terms, pricing, and services offered may apply across any or all EPCOR entities, at EPCOR’s sole discretion. The solicitation does not guarantee volume or frequency of requests, and bidders are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy and completeness of all information provided. Proposals are due by August 5, 2026, with Hamza Zafar listed as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
