DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure, EPOXY COATING KIT   manufactured in accordance with material specifications. The solicitation will be issued as; 100% SERVICE DISABLED-VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5.
