AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by February 25, 2026 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Environment and Climate Change Canada, requires a contractor to perform work within the St. Clair National Wildlife Area, located in Pain Court, Ontario. The work consists of demolishing the existing lodge building, constructing a new, one-storey lodge building in the same location, renovating the existing workshop building and installing a new septic holding tank to serve both buildings. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, landscape and pathways, civil works, site services and decommissioning of existing septic holding tanks. The Contractor must perform and complete the work within 31 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.There will be an optional site visit on February 11, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST at 5633 Balmoral Line, RR 1, Pain Court, Ontario N0P 1Z0. Interested bidders are to communicate with the Contracting Authority to confirm attendance.
