This notice is strictly intended for market research and shall not be construed as a solicitation, obligation, or commitment by the Government. The purpose of this notice is to receive responses from industry that will assist the Government in developing its strategy for procuring a requirement. The Government is seeking responsible sources from all businesses capable of meeting the requirement outlined in this notice. Feedback on this requirement is encouraged via email. No Phone calls, please. A response to this notice is not required for participation in the anticipated solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 532412 Construction, Mining and Forestry Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing with a Small Business Size Standard of $32.5 million. The USDA Forest Service, White River National Forest, is seeking sources of supply for renting the construction and forestry equipment listed on the attached Schedule of Items in Eagle, Garfield, Gunnison, Mesa, Moffat, Pitkin, Rio Blanco, and Summit Counties, Colorado. Listed model numbers are for descriptive purposes only. Suitable substitutes are acceptable and should be indicated in the field provided. Interested sources are requested to submit an email to include: 1. Company Name, Point of Contact, DUNS number and e-mail address; 2. A brief capabilities statement (no more than 2 pages in length, single spaced, 10 point font minimum) detailing their qualification, capabilities and experience for providing these supplies.
