The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is seeking a contractor to support the End-Stage Renal Disease Help Desk for the Automated Plan Payment System, a critical platform responsible for calculating, validating, and processing monthly prospective payments to Medicare Advantage Plans, Prescription Drug Sponsors, and other demonstration programs. These payments, totaling billions of dollars, must be accurate and delivered on schedule, making the system essential to the financial integrity of Medicare’s managed care and drug benefit structures. The contractor will be tasked with assisting in the identification and correction of ESRD data errors reported by plans, ensuring that payment discrepancies are resolved promptly to prevent overpayments, underpayments, or delays. The contractor will serve as a vital support function within the APPS ecosystem, working closely with CMS to maintain data accuracy and system reliability. The position requires deep technical understanding of payment methodologies, data validation protocols, and ESRD-specific billing rules. All support activities are performed to ensure compliance with federal requirements governing Medicare payments. The opportunity is forecasted for release with a primary point of contact at CMS being Aliza Kim, and inquiries can be directed to Evelyn Dixon, the Contracting Officer. Treasury Management SystemLea County is seeking a modern Treasury Management System to replace its aging Triadic software, which currently handles critical functions such as tax billing, collections, cash receipting, penalty and interest application, and report generation for bank submissions. The existing system, deployed across legacy platforms like AS400 and JWalk Java GUI, is facing declining functionality and sustainability issues due to a shrinking vendor support base and lack of modernization, creating operational risks and inefficiencies. The Treasurer’s Office relies on this system to manage tax rolls, process payments across multiple terminals, and interface with other county systems to ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting, but current limitations have led to dependency on manual workarounds and shadow systems that compromise accuracy and efficiency. The County is looking for a secure, integrated solution that provides robust tax billing and cashiering capabilities, supports seamless integration with GIS and payment gateway systems, enables online taxpayer payments, and enhances reporting accuracy and delivery. The ideal system must eliminate existing manual processes, ensure long-term viability, and improve public service delivery through modern technology. The solicitation, titled Treasury Management System with number 01 (26-27), was posted on July 26, 2026, with responses due by August 28, 2026, and is open to SLED agencies. All inquiries and submissions should be directed to Zayra Jacobs, the primary point of contact at the Lea County Treasurer’s Office in Lovington, New Mexico.
