Q--ESS Counseling Services

The contract is for ESS Counseling Services to provide behavioral and mental health counseling to 13 students at Kayenta Community School in Kayenta, Arizona, under a one-year period from August 22, 2026, to August 21, 2027. Services include individual and group counseling, psycho-educational assessments, treatment planning, attendance at MDT/IEP meetings, staff training, and comprehensive documentation aligned with students’ individualized education plans and federal, tribal, and state regulations.
