Operating under 10 U.S.C. 3458 and DFARS Subpart 212.70, the DLA will solicit Solution Briefs on a rolling basis in response to published Areas of Interest (AOIs) that describe specific capability gaps or technical challenges. Submissions are evaluated based on technical feasibility, importance to agency programs, and viability, including cybersecurity compliance and alignment with federal policies.
