Contractors must supply distinctive uniforms for staff, provide communication devices and working telephones on-site, maintain a robust quality control program, and submit monthly inspection and training reports using government-provided templates. All proposals must be structured into four separate volumes with strict formatting rules, submitted via SAM-registered entities holding an active NCAGE code if foreign, and must include a completed Exhibit C Price Matrix using firm-fixed unit prices based on a stepped square meter model across FY27 to FY31. Payment will be processed through Wide Area Workflow, with task orders issued on a firm-fixed price basis by the Healthcare Contracting Division – Southeast Europe, and all deliverables must preserve sanitary conditions during transit and handling. Proposal submissions are due by September 9, 2026, and must remain valid for 180 days after submission with prices held firm for 90 days.
