Evaluation Services for the Ontario Promise Corps Program

Scope: The City is seeking to engage a qualified evaluation firm with demonstrated expertise in AmeriCorps-funded initiatives to provide comprehensive evaluation services for the Ontario Promise Corps Program. The selected firm will help the City enhance program accountability, document measurable outcomes, and generate actionable insights to guide continuous improvement.
Notes: The Proposer is solely responsible for "on time" submission of their electronic bid. The City will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an ebid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that the bid was submitted successfully.
