EVER - 12567 - Backfill Shark Valley Borrow Canal

The Department of the Interior is forecasting a project to backfill approximately 1,375 linear feet of the Shark Valley Borrow Canal. This work will occur on the west side of the Access Road, starting at the Shark Valley Entrance and extending one-third mile south. The primary objectives are to restore wetland function, improve local hydrology, and reduce flooding on the roadway.
