Requirement of this request for proposal comprises remediation of three sites defined as the Pioneer High Arctic Bundle, Large Sites Package as outlined in the specifications. The three sites are Stupart Island, Sybattle Bay, Cape Ahnighito. This solicitation of offer is limited to offerors registered on the IFR. Only offerors registered on the IFR may qualify for contract award. Offerors must be registered on the IFR by offer closing. If the Contractor does not maintain its registration on the IFR for the duration of the Contract, Canada may terminate the contract for default. An optional bidders' conference will be held virtually by MS Teams on January 24, 2025. The conference will begin at 10:00 AM MST. The scope of the requirement outlined in the bid solicitation will be reviewed during the conference and questions will be answered. It is recommended that bidders who intend to submit a bid attend or send a representative.
