As described in FAR 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible Source, the U.S. Army Contracting Commanding - Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to increase the ceiling and extend the Period of Performance of contract (W15P7T-14-D-C006) awarded under solicitation W15P7T-13-R-C104, awarded to Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems, Fort Wayne, IN 46808-4106. The Government intend to modify the contract to increase the ordering ceiling. The proposed action will allow for Raytheon to continue providing engineering, development, integration, training, and logistical support, as well as the procurement of required materials and other services associated with the Electronic Warfare Program Management Tool. In addition to ceiling increase, this effort will also extend the five (5) year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract Period of Performance by an additional 38 months.
