STATEMENT OF PURPOSE The County of Yolo is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide general excavating and underground piping construction and repair services. These services may include labor, materials, rental equipment (with a maximum allowable markup of 15%), and other related work at various locations throughout the County. The County spent approximately $250,000 on these services last fiscal year. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Scope of Work outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP).
