This is a revised synopsis to R10PS20066- Sole source contract for Refuse Collection Services for Tracy Engineering O & M Division, Byron, and Contra County, CA to cover the remaining option year on the purchase order (Option Year 4). The Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region, negotiated on a sole source basis with Tracy Delta Solid Waste Management, Incorporated to provide Refuse Collection Services for a firm fixed price purchase order for the Bureau of Reclamation, Tracy Engineering O & M Division, Byron, and Contra County, CA under authority of FAR 13.5. However, the previous synopsis did not state that Reclamation intended to award a base year and 4 option years. Firms believing they can provide the Refuse Collection Services within the location of the Byron and Contra Counties must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer with supporting evidence to that effect in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, and award of this requirement will not be delayed to qualify a new contractor. Responses should include the firm's Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUNS) and tax Identification Number (TIN). Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov to be eligible for award. Firms should identify business size (i.e. small business, other than small business, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS Code 562111 which is $38.5 million average annual revenue over a 3 year period. This notice may represent the only official notice of such a solicitation. Responses and questions concerning the solicitation should be directed to Mr. Robert Russo by email at contact@example.gov.
