The Contractor shall provide all necessary transportation, labor, equipment and materials, for exhaust hood maintenance at USCG Base Elizabeth City, NC. Address: 1664 Weeksville Road, Elizabeth City, NC 27909. See the attached Statement of Work for project requirements. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 811412 and size standard of $19,000,000. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on AUG 27, 2026, via email to Alejandra.i.nievesgarcia@uscg.mil. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed above, no later than NOON AUG 20, 2026. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities and answer all questions at one time. No oral questions will be accepted. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. Interested parties must arrange site visits with CSCS Steven H. Carson via email to Steven.H.Carson@uscg.mil a minimum of three (3) days in advance. All visitors must complete a visitor access request form in accordance with Base security policy and present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification.
