The City of Vacaville has received a Conditional Use Permit application to establish an automobile collision repair facility within an existing 4,442 sq. ft. commercial building located at 1146 East Monte Vista Avenue. The proposed operation would provide vehicle body repair, collision restoration, refinishing, painting, and other related automotive repair services. The facility would also include a fully enclosed automotive paint booth within the existing building to accommodate vehicle refinishing activities. The property is developed with an existing building originally constructed for automotive service use and has since been occupied by various commercial tenants. The site is fully improved with paved parking areas, landscaping, utility connections, and internal circulation improvements that would continue to serve the proposed use. Vehicular access to the property is provided via existing driveways from East Monte Vista Avenue and Callen Street. Business operations are proposed to occur Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
