UNICOR intends to enter into an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one (1) base year and four (4) option years if exercised type contract for EXPANDED METAL PRODUCTS for FCI SCHUYLKILL PA AND FCC COLEMAN FL. Solicitation number is FN1360-12 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal. . The minimum delivery order quantity is 200 EA per delivery order and the maximum delivery order quantity is 10,000. Delivery lead time is 21 days for each delivery order. This is a small business set aside requirement. Therefore, only offers received from small businesses will be considered for award. NAICS code associated with this requirement is 332312. The small business size standard for NAICS code 332312 is 500 employees. . Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on a SINGLE AWARD BASIS. All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. References must be for same or similar items. All Offerors must complete the ACH form and the CCR Registration, which can be found on UNICOR's webpage at www.unicor.gov. All questions shall be asked in writing and shall be submitted to Tiffani Balestrini at contact@example.gov and Tatea Cavanaugh, contact@example.gov the email subject line shall state the Solicitation number FN1360-12. For email and fax proposals, 2 copies of an original proposal must be received by the contracting officer within 2 days of offer closing date and time. Offerors shall submit 2 copies of the written proposal. All offerors must acknowledge all amendments if any. Requirements for submission of samples will be listed in detail in the full solicitation. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: List in order of importance: Adherence to specifications (full listing of this evaluation criteria will be listed in solicitation), Ability to meet Green Requirements, ISO certification, past performance and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
