Questions and Government Response: All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted no later than Wednesday, 29 July 2026 @ 2:00 PM CST. Any questions that are received in conjunction with this solicitation and the corresponding responses by the Government will be posted as an Amendment to System for Award Management (SAM), website: www.sam.gov.

This is a solicitation for commercial items (supply) prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses in effect are IAW RFO, FAR, DFARS, AFFARS and all other related guidance.
