TWO INTERNATIONAL FOOD & BEVERAGE LEASES, BOTH SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDES (LEASES A & B)
The Airport Commission is commencing a Request for Proposals (RFP) process for Two International Terminal Food & Beverage Leases, both Small Business Set-Asides (Leases A & B)
Lease A is comprised of 1 location, approximately 889 square feet of space, pre-security, food court A, on the departures level of the International Terminal, designated as space I.3.018.
Lease B is comprised of 1 location, approximately 660 square feet of space, pre-security, food court G, on the departures level of the International Terminal, designated as space I.3.058A-D.
The term is three years, plus one option to extend the term by two years, exercisable at the sole discretion of the Airport Commission.
The Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) offer is $30,000. For each Lease Year, the base rent shall be the higher of the Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) or 4% of Gross Revenues.
