MidPen Housing Corporation is seeking material testing and construction inspection services for a 100% affordable housing development located at 750 Golden Gate Avenue. This project is located on State-owned land and is developed in partnership with the State. The project is designed as a Type IA, 8-Story, post-tensioned concrete building, comprised of 7 residential stories over a mixed-use ground floor (garage, common areas, property management offices, and 2 elevators). There will be 75 units offered in a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
The scope of services outlined in the RFP includes, but is not limited to, the inspection requirements determined by SF DBI for this project.
