EXT MOH | DB Trade Partner - FP/Plumb/Mech/Elect

The Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development is soliciting design-build trade partners for the proposed affordable family housing project at 249 Pennsylvania Avenue in San Francisco, a site located at the corner of Pennsylvania Ave and Mariposa Street with direct adjacency to I-280. The project will consist of a minimum of 120 units across eight stories in a Type I construction structure, aiming to provide much-needed affordable housing. The selected Design-Builder will assume full responsibility for coordinating all aspects of the project, including architectural design, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, as well as overseeing subcontractors and delivering the completed project according to the established Basis of Design. The Design-Builder will lead the project from Design Development through Construction Documents and manage all phases of construction administration. A minimum of 25 percent cumulative participation by Small Business Enterprises is required across both design and construction phases, emphasizing local and equitable economic inclusion.
